Chairing of Hospital boards managed by the Trust. The job involved organizing the board meeting of all hospitals periodically.

Approval of annual plans The eight hospitals had a combined turnover of 45 Crores the process of approving the annual budget and activities were coordinated by our team in the Trust office.

Assistance in preparation of long term plans Regular interaction with the various hospital management was done and expertise provided in preparing the plans.

Fund Raising for projects in the hospital was done for Pune, Shimla, Thanjavur, Ottapalam hospitals.
